Offering a range of styles from a fast paced and challenging Ashtanga practice to a Yin or Restorative session, your enjoyment and comfort are my priority. As the end of the day approaches I will guide you through another yoga class followed by a guided meditation or a Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep), leaving you feeling calm and rejuvenated for you to float away into the night.
Before lunch or during the afternoon succumb to a relaxing massage with a choice of oils and essential oils to suit your skin and emotions of the day. A short back and shoulder De-Stress or a full body Energetic Healing massage depending on how YOU feel.

As an ex crew member, finishing my career as Chief Stew on Charter boat I have a fairly good understanding of life onboard, the good and the bad. I can therefore tailor my classes to meet the specific demands and needs of yacht crew.
Yoga is a wholesome practice that can bring physical and mental wellbeing to all crew, whatever their interest, ages or abilities. Contrary to common belief (thanks Instagram!), flexibility is not a pre requisite of yoga. In fact it's quite the opposite!
Working on the physical body, the breath and the mind, yoga encompasses many techniques including mindfulness/meditation which crew can take with them safely into a their busy schedules.
